A quick snapshot:
This week, we published FEED: The Razorfish Consumer Experience Report. The report highlights the influence that Social Media is making on consumer buying decisions. In the study, we found that 4 out of 10 consumers have made a purchase based on advertising they had seen on a social media site. Interestingly, 76 percent welcome advertising on social networks.
We surveyed over 1,000 “connected” consumers to understand their digital consumption habits. The selection criteria for a “connected” consumer was that they had to have access to broadband, purchased online in the past 12 months, visit community sites, and consume or create some form of digital media, such as videos or music.
