Consider Yourself Served…Via Twitter

Has to be the first Twitter ruling given by a judge. Is this a sign of times ahead for all of us?  I wonder how many ppl have broken up over Twitter? 

Excerpt here: A U.K. judge informed an anonymous twitter user who impersonates a British right-wing blogger that he was enjoined from continuing to do so.  Because he was anonymous — and his address therefore unknown — the judge informed @blaneysblarney of his decision in the most efficient way – via Twitter.
